I tried it. Been talking about it for awhile and I finally got the set up together to start a painting. This is a super wip. But I intend to finish, embellish, etc. I had fun. Was talking shit. An all that! lol.

had a decent week. Even though I’ve been going through some technical difficulties I’ve been consistently making artwork sketching no big deal. A bit of watercolors and pen... but I decided to focus on making content every day. Not just for me but for you too. Just a bit of process. Enjoy
here was my first sketch... kinda got finished with the idea. I think the paper was finished with my washes first.
Medium: strathmore colored pencil paper, watercolors, 2h Pencil, watercolor markers, white gel pen, micron ink pen.
used the app scanner pro to take the picture of the photo.

Transfered the image to Procreate and worked the sketch using an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil.

Usually when I work through a piece... I’ll flip back and forth to see any errors. Or just to make it feel like a new painting I always suggest flipping your art. Get the wack daemons out! 😂😂😂 #die 🤙🏾

Any one who uses procreate pick for iPhone gotta be flipping shit right now... it’s finally perfect. It has quickline, different size canvases, photo import (huge workflow changer), can make new brushes now... its just like the iPad version. And a perfect companion gonna work on this notes (yeah the notes app is not bad for sketching lol) drawing to show it. Before I bounce it to the iPad.

So I went to my local print shop to see if they could accommodate me on Quality prints. so far I found a good copy and print guy and he recommended a good run of paper for my work... this is a test print but the good news is this and *other projects (personal and commissions) will get the quality That they deserve!
